Multicom to showcase market leading products in Dubai debut

UK based Multicom will showcase its market leading booking platform FindandBook at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai alongside its innovative card payment facility MultiCommerce.

Driven by organic growth Multicom is looking to secure new contracts for its travel software solutions in the Middle East, underpinning the commitment of organically growing its overseas business.

It is already in talks with three potential MultiCommerce customers in Kuwait, Turkey and Saudi Arabia and now sees the Dubai show as an ideal platform to attract yet more interest in the region.

The roll out of MultiCommerce has attracted a wide range of customers keen to leverage the benefits that underpin the attraction of switching to the new system.

The MultiCommerce online card payment processing facility is fully integrated with Multicom’s FindandBook system and provides agents with a secure, trustworthy and reliable yet competitive option when handling consumer payments.

MultiCommerce is proving to be as popular with tour operators as it is with agents, providing a reliable and secure means of managing the complex financial aspects of holiday booking transactions.

The ability to simplify large-scale refunds and cancellations is also a key feature that is proving popular with our MultiCommerce customers.

Multicom Chief Executive John Howell said: “MultiCommerce offers a tight integration and greater process efficiency that makes it easier for travel businesses to link to their existing technology.

“It is a product that is the perfect compliment to our current suite of specialist travel software products and is fully integrated with our market leading booking platform FindandBook.

“Dubai is the ideal platform for us to showcase the benefits of these products to an industry that relies on seamless, fast and reliable technology solutions.”
